The McEwen Cyclo-cross Festival

We'd like to invite you to come back to Pace's Cog Farm on November 7th & 8th for The McEwen Cyclo-cross Festival. The event has been renamed to reflect our focus on both racing and the festival atmosphere present in our favorite cycling events. This year's event brings back a number of popular features including our 'Hoss of Cross' race, and includes several changes to benefit beginner and women's racing.

Highlights of this event include:
* Two full days of racing
* TBRA Series races - Sunday
* Special Event 'The Hoss of Cross' - Sunday - 2 lap shootout for all categories
[categories will start handicapped based on the morning's race results]
* Music and announcer
* Free entry for TBRA CX champions; Reduced entry fee for ALL other TBRA jersey winners [including MTB, Road, and CX state champions]

NEW for 2009:
* Revised, wider courses to encourage tactical racing
* Equal prize money for elite men's and elite women's categories
* Separate fields and start times for women's races
* Larger Registration and Sponsor Expo area
* Cyclocross Clinic - Saturday Afternoon - featuring Van Dessel sponsored Cyclo-cross rider and Professional Mountain Biker -Andy Reardon
* On-site food vendor
